Our promise
We know plans change. This policy keeps things fair for clients and for us.
Rescheduling or cancelling
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 36 hours before your start time. There is no charge for this.
Changes within 24 hours
If you cancel or move your booking within 24 hours of your start time, a booking fee is required.
Less than 24 hours or no show
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend your appointment, the full appointment cost is due.
Gift vouchers
If a gift voucher booking is cancelled or rescheduled, this cancellation policy applies. Any fee or payment due will be taken from the voucher balance. If the voucher value does not cover the amount due, the balance must be paid by card.

Running late
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so that the next client can start on time. The full appointment cost will still apply.
Booking fees and refunds
Booking fees are non refundable. If you move your appointment with more than 36 hours notice, any booking fee already paid can be transferred to your new date.
