I want every client who walks through my door to feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. That includes you, and it includes me.

The Zen Den is a professional therapeutic treatment space. All treatments are carried out in a caring, respectful environment, and I expect the same respect in return from every client.

What I expect from all clients

By booking an appointment at The Zen Den, you agree to the following:

• All behaviour during your visit must be respectful and appropriate at all times
• Inappropriate comments, sexual remarks, innuendo, or requests of any kind will not be tolerated
• Unwanted physical contact toward the therapist is strictly prohibited
• Exposure beyond what is required for your treatment is not acceptable

What happens if this policy is breached

If any inappropriate behaviour occurs during your appointment, the session will be ended immediately. Full payment will remain due and no refund will be given. You will be permanently declined from booking any future appointments at The Zen Den.

Why this policy exists

I work on my own and I take my clients' comfort and my own safety seriously. This policy is here to make sure The Zen Den remains a calm, professional space where everyone can relax and feel looked after.

The vast majority of my clients are wonderful and this will never be an issue. But having it written down protects us all.
