At 57, I am blessed to wear many hats—proud wife, mum to two incredible adult sons, and a grandmother indulging in the joy of two delightful granddaughters. For the past 18 years, I’ve dedicated myself to the beauty and wellness industry as a Beauty Therapist and then I added in energy work as a Reiki Master. My daily practice is centered around meditation and mindset tools, guiding me on my continuous journey of personal growth.
