By alternating between heated and cooled applicators, the skin is first prepared and strengthened, then tightened and soothed, leaving it looking brighter and more refined. As one of the seven advanced technologies in the HydrO2 Facial, Fire & Ice Therapy can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a wider treatment plan.
What is It?
HydrO2 Fire & Ice Therapy combines heat and cold to stimulate the skin, strengthen its structure, and enhance product absorption. The “fire” stage gently warms the skin to around 42°C, encouraging the production of heat-shock proteins that support skin repair and elasticity. The “ice” stage then cools the skin to about 5°C, instantly tightening pores, calming the surface, and locking in hydrating serums. Together, these contrasting phases improve skin texture, boost radiance, and deliver a refreshed, healthy glow.
